Well, here I am with, finally, two fixed eyes and a somewhat new bosom! Since May 20th I have had five surgeries and their ensuing recooperations. I’m happy to report that I’m finally feeling like a mensch (human in English) and very excited to be back among the living:) Thank you to one and all for your support and well wishes, and especially to my sweet husband, Doug, for his support and care. Couldn’t have done it without you, my love. Now, to get on with life! :-D

Diane, so good to hear you’re doing better. I’m holding up too. Ah, the wonders of modern medicine. They can fix ALMOST anything. sigh.

Thank you Dougie. I’m working on ‘driving the highways’, with hopes that with my new eyes I won’t be so freaked out. Maybe we’ll actually be able to come see you one of these days. Doug would love to travel, when we have the chance.
